Tips
Be sure to use good posture when walking. Keep your shoulders back, walk with your head held high and proud...... It helps hide your double chin ;-)
------------Listen to Music that makes you happy and puts a spring in your step when you walk. I find that the faster the song, the faster I walk. So my walking playlist is very upbeat!
